1. The service and eligibility

Calcometry provides free online calculators, unit converters, comparisons, and educational content — from fees and finance to cooking, construction, health, calendars, and everyday math — that run instantly in your browser with no account required. We may update, add, remove, or modify tools and content at any time without notice.

Some pages are available in languages other than English. Translations are provided for convenience only; if anything differs, the English version of these Terms and our Privacy Policy controls. Some tools use default rates, units, or rules tied to a particular country or region — check each page and verify locally before relying on results.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that age is higher, to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. No professional advice

They are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Pregnancy and due-date tools perform calendar math only — not prenatal care or clinical dating. Investing, personal finance, payroll, and startup or equity tools illustrate scenarios; they are not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Pet calculators are for planning estimates, not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Astrology, numerology, relationship scores, and similar tools are for entertainment only — not scientific forecasts or relationship guidance. 3. No affiliation or endorsement

Calcometry is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company, platform, or brand referenced on the Site unless we explicitly state otherwise on a specific page.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party products or services is for identification and descriptive purposes only.

4. Accuracy and updates

We aim to keep formulas, rates, calendars, and reference data reasonably current, but third-party pricing, regulations, and published calendar or astronomical tables can change. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the site in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Because the site is free, this amount will typically be USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying the law of another jurisdiction.
